I've had nothing but great experiences at Animal Trax. Jamie is super friendly, and everyone there has been awesome about helping me make sure I'm taking the best care of my snake. They've answered all my questions, helped me figure out some stuck shed issues, and never made me feel like I was asking something dumb. They also let me swap out my original 10-gallon tank for another 10-gallon setup that fit my snake's needs a lot better, which I really appreciated. They're a great bunch.

Been going to this store for 2 decades and 2 owners. Always take very good care of their animals and have fair prices on everything. This is an exotic pet store so nothing for the typical fur babies. Usually very knowledgeable and have never seen a wild caught animal in the store.

This is a great pet store. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and have helped me choose multiple reptiles. My kids and I enjoy stopping by for food for our snakes and updates to their terrariums. If I have ever had an issue with one of my pets the folks here know how to help!

This was the most informative and magical pet supply store experience I’ve ever had. I may pick up an adult bearded dragon that’s getting rehomed this weekend and I’ve gotten horribly mixed opinions on care, I didn’t know what to think, but they set everything straight and I feel so much more prepared to take on a new pet and to give it the best life. This place is also full of everything I’d ever need. I’m not even going to make eye contact with the big stores anymore. This is my new place. Thank you so much!

I have gotten all of my pet rats here. I have had 9 in total now and none of them have ever bitten me and have all been very friendly and handleable. A very good amount of different kinds to select from as well, such as rexes, silver manes, hooded, and more.
